Dear OSL Owners & Residents:

Welcome to the start of the summer here at San Francisco’s premier waterfront.   

We are very appreciative of the joys and delights that were savored together as a community in the month of May.  Our final series to the First Fridays for the season ended with great enjoyment.  We are appreciative of those who attended and were able to take part in this festive time to recognize the Cinco de Mayo holiday that was soon approaching.  In Bay Area form, the weather did not reign in our desired form, but I love that everyone layered up and made it an enjoyable time at our outdoor terrace.  It was also a special time to recognize one of our very own who allowed us to celebrate her start to retirement during the occasion.  We also found great pleasure in recognizing all ladies who are Mothers in many forms on their special day.  A note of thanks and regards to the delivered gestures at your door means the world to know they were well-received.  For those who were able to make the Mat Pilates wellness classes that were hosted, we appreciate your continued participation in these offerings to kickstart your weekend here at the waterfront. 

To our Owners, thank you for your efforts to complete the annual notice of address, representative, and rental status.  We will look to record your elections as provided.  On behalf of the Association, there was duty made to distribute the notice of insurances for the 2026-2027 coverage period.  If you do not show receipt of receiving via email, please certainly let me know so that I may ensure you have it available.  Lastly, for those who installed ionleaks water leak detection devices at your home, we thank you for your efforts to establish your user profile.  It goes a long way in ensuring notification is received by all parties should there be any form of detection, at any time. 

As we enter the start of summer, I look forward to personally hosting you at the terrace on Saturday, June 13^th, for an afternoon of live music and the savor of a selection of wines to recognize National Rosé Day.  The occasion will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., so please plan to step out for afternoon vibing with fellow neighbors and me.  We look forward to also recognizing the fathers of the community on their special day, taking place on June 21^st.  On June 27^th at 10:00 a.m., Brenda will host you for our wellness center centered around sound healing.  Please take part in this restorative moment to be held. 

For the month of June, as it relates to building maintenance, we will facilitate our second window washing for the building.  It will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. weekdays, with an interval moment around the building through completion.  Please anticipate the movement schedule from Gina – and assist in drawing your privacy shades.  For those with balconies and terraces wishing to have such spaces serviced, please notify Gina so she may list your home and advise you of related pricing.  On Saturday, June 20^th, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., the Howard Street service corridor will be unavailable for travel due to scheduled flooring cleaning.  We ask for your assistance to please utilize the main residential elevators during this time. 

For our Owners, you are welcome to take part in our open board meeting taking place on Thursday, June 11^th at 12:00 p.m.  There will be a range of discussions on the agenda that pertain to new seat appointments, fire pit exploratory efforts, an automated door for the motor court, Association insurance, unit alteration projects, and a presentation from the art committee to the board on notable updates and requests on this community enhancement consideration.  Please anticipate the agenda and formal invitation to follow from Gina on behalf of the Association ahead of the meeting.  For those who have not yet established their ionleaks user profile for their leak detection devices, please assist to prioritize at the very earliest. 

As a continued reminder, the Howard streetscape project continues with excavation activity alongside the building via Howard Street.  For more information on the project, please visit the project site here. 

The new month does not come without the opportunity to recognize team members with special occasions ahead this month.  For birthdays: Kaid Boehm (June 24^th), Danny Hernandez (June 25^th), Angel Hernandez (June 27^th), and Anniversaries:  Jan Halpern (June 15^th – 3 years), David Young (June 19^th – 4 years), Charles Ancheta (June 21^st – 5 years), and Gina Leon Peters (June 30^th – 5 years).  As you may see these team members in/around their special moments, please certainly join us in recognizing them for their notable moment in life and chapter here at One Steuart Lane.
